What are the shipping options?

- $5 Flate Rate Shipping is available on all products shipping within the USA. - $15 Flate Rate Shipping applies to all international orders. Please allow 2-4 day processing time before your order ships. Tracking will be provided as soon as the order has been sent.
What do I do if I received a defective order?

We do not offer refunds. If you have a defective, unworn/unused product with original packaging and tags please contact us for a replacement or site credit.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

Please use our contact form to get in touch with us 24 hours a day. Allow up to 24 hours for a response.
What if my purchase doesnt fit?

Please contact us to return your item for a replacement in the proper size. Returns must be unworn/unused with original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping charge back to warehouse.
Do you offer other colors and/custom designs?

We do offer most of our products in a variety of colors and combinations. Please contact us if you would like to create a custom order/design and we can work with you to make it happen.
What about Womens and BIG sizes?

All of our Tees and Hoodies are "Unisex" fit. If you would like to order for a woman's fit simply order a size down and you will be fine. If you require an Xtra Small or Big fit contact us and we can get it for you.
How to care for and maintain my JITSTEIN garment.

- Wash all garments in cold water and tumble dry (no heat). - To revive Art and Graphics on the Garments, cover with a pillow case or teeshirt and iron over it on the cotton setting. Parchment paper works also works well to iron over.
